Ameer Hashem is an Atlanta theatremaker with a focus in scenic and lighting design. He graduated in May 2025 from Kennesaw State University with a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies and has worked as a carpenter and electrician since 2020. He began designing in 2021 and has developed a passion for vibrant storytelling through lighting, scenic, writing, and performance. Recent credits including Dog Act (Kennesaw State, technical director), Macbeth (Kennesaw State, lighting designer), and Mean Girls Jr./Legally Blonde Jr. (Stage Door, scenic designer).
